The OPC Server for Modbus supports any device compliant with Modbus TCP or Modbus Serial  standards, including PLCs from major manufacturers (Schneider, Siemens, Allen-Bradley), RTUs, DCS systems, power meters, and industrial sensors. 

Yes, the server supports simultaneous connections to both Modbus TCP (Ethernet) and Modbus Serial devices, allowing you to integrate mixed Modbus environments through a single OPC interface. 

The server supports unlimited device connections, with performance depending on polling rates, network capacity, and system resources. Typical installations handle 50-200 devices efficiently. 

We offer a special free license for up to 50 tags for both Modbus TCP and Serial connections. Support fees are charged separately to benefit from this special offer. This is ideal for small applications . 

A 30-day trial license is also provided for free for test and evaluation purposes.
