The OPC UA Server Toolkit is built to support both x86 (32-bit) and x64 (64-bit) platforms. When choosing the build configuration in Visual Studio, configure your application to target either platform based on your deployment environment. 

• If your application needs to interact with 32-bit components, you can select x86 as the target platform. 
• If you are deploying on a 64-bit system and want to take advantage of larger memory space, you can select x64. 

Choosing the correct target ensures proper memory management and compatibility with the Windows operating system version deployed. 

Yes. The OPC UA Server Toolkit is compatible with recent versions of Microsoft Visual Studio. It fully integrates into the Visual Studio development environment, allowing you to work with familiar tools when building your OPC UA server application. 

Yes. You are free to distribute the server applications you build using the OPC UA Server Toolkit. A free runtime license is included, which allows for the deployment and execution of your compiled OPC UA server applications without additional costs. 

The toolkit development license is tied to the original development machine and is not valid on the new one. To use the toolkit on another machine, you must obtain an additional development license if you need to keep both development machines. You may contact our support team if you need to transfer your license from the original development machine to a new one.
