Integration Objects is looking for a Human Resources Manager to help drive change as part of an ambitious strategy in a challenging environment.
- Provide HR support on the defined population and ensure the smooth execution of operational HR activities
- Participate in HR reports intended to support the business during its strategic decisions
- Collaborate with managers on the management of employee performance
- Relationship with the administrations (CNSS, CNAM …)
- Manage the HR administration aspect
Job requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or other related discipline or equivalent knowledge / experience
- Significant experience in HR positions of at least 5 years in the field of IT
- Excellent understanding of HR procedures, policies, processes and systems
- Solid knowledge of current legislation and human resources practices
