The project coordinator works to assist the project management team with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information.He organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.
You will be tasked:
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholders meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Perform quality check on project deliverables
- Risk identification and follow up with the project managers
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- Determining project changes
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
Profile
- Industrial Engineering degree
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
