We’re now expanding our team and seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to help shape the future of industrial transformation.

Your Role

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will:

Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and post-sale follow-up.
Understand client technical and operational challenges and propose tailored, value-driven solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure alignment between client needs and proposed solutions.
Prepare, verify, and ensure compliance of commercial proposals and tenders.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts across sectors.
Promote upselling and recurring business while identifying new opportunities.
Your Profile
Education: Engineering degree in Instrumentation, Industrial IT, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
Experience: 3+ years in technical sales or a similar client-facing engineering role.
Languages: Fluency in French and English is required.
Your Skills
Solid understanding of instrumentation, industrial automation, and/or industrial software (a major plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to translate complex technology into client value.
Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving.
High autonomy, organizational agility, and results-driven mindset.
