Integration Objects is looking for a Human Resources Manager to help drive change as part of an ambitious strategy in a challenging environment.

• Provide HR support on the defined population and ensure the smooth execution of operational HR activities
• Participate in HR reports intended to support the business during its strategic decisions
• Collaborate with managers on the management of employee performance
• Relationship with the administrations (CNSS, CNAM …)
• Manage the HR administration aspect

Job requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or other related discipline or equivalent knowledge / experience
• Significant experience in HR positions of at least 5 years in the field of IT
• Excellent understanding of HR procedures, policies, processes and systems
• Solid knowledge of current legislation and human resources practices
